Perth’s original alternative bridal fair is happening again this weekend. First Comes Love runs from 12-4pm on Sunday 2 April at the gorgeous MosArts building in Mosman Park, where you can find talented Perth locals to take care of every aspect of your event. One of the most important considerations when planning a party or a pledge is the venue, and we’re here today to introduce four of Perth’s loveliest party sites.
First Comes Love
Since starting in 2011, First Comes Love has become the must-visit fair for those planning a party or a pledge who want to take the road less travelled. Although mostly attended by those with impending nuptials, this event is for people planning a celebration of any kind.
1. Hunt for the Wilderpeople Ticket Giveaway
Thanks to MADMAN Entertainment we’re giving away 5 x in-season double passes to Hunt for the Wilderpeople, directed by Taika Waititi (Boy, Thor 3), starring Julian Dennison (Paper Planes) and Sam Neill (Jurassic Park). Two rebels. One million hectares of untamed wilderness. The hunt is on. This hilarious adventure comedy officially opens May 26.
Local illustrator Ashleigh Perrella is all set to launch her first range of wedding stationery at First Comes Love this weekend. The event, taking place in Mosman Park on Sunday 4 October, is not your typical bridal fair, it is filled with ideas and contacts for anyone planning a party. You’ll be able to meet stationery designers like Ashleigh, photographers, caterers, stylists and many more locals who can make your celebration super fun. Today we shine the spotlight on Ashleigh, whose floral designs are absolutely gorgeous.
