The Swan Valley is the oldest wine producing region in Australia, and we all know about the great fortified wines that come out of the area, but in recent years the Valley has seen a growth in craft breweries and locally produced ciders. Black Kite is run by sisters Kate and Georgia Ryan, their father Bernard and production manager Greg who work together on this successful, small, Western Australian business.
