The Shorehouse will host the Young Chef Lunch as part of Good Food Month. The Young Chef Lunch gives the public an opportunity to experience a menu curated by four of Western Australia’s most prominent up-and-coming chefs who are set to make big waves within the industry.
The four-course lunch, inclusive of paired wines, will be curated by chefs from Perth’s leading restaurants, including Amanda Yong of Wildflower, Luke Foyle from Lulu la Delizia, Benn Rowe from Rockpool and Jayden Baggett from The Shorehouse. The afternoon’s meal will be guided by former The Age ‘Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year’ and current Head Chef of The Shorehouse, Ollie Gould.
