The Perth Centre for Photography presents the 2017 Contemporary Landscapes In Photography Award, with an exhibition featuring selected works by finalists from Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Sweden, and the United Kingdom that push the boundaries of landscape photography.
The exhibition takes the audience on a journey through mountains, cities and forests, across borders and time zones, into living rooms and outside houses.
The Award also celebrates the relaunch of Photofile, Australia’s oldest and most respected photography magazine. The relaunch, under a new editorship by CLIP award judge, Daniel Boetker-Smith, focuses on educating and inspiring readers with innovative and accessible content.
Now in its 10th year, the CLIP Award is one of Australia’s most captivating landscape photography prizes today. The exhibition opens on Thursday, 23 March, 6.30pm and continues until 22 April. The winners will be announced on opening night.
The Perth Centre for Photography is open 12-5pm Wed-Fri and 12-4pm Sat.
