Perth foodies are getting into grazing in a big way. From Pinterest to Instagram, sumptuous grazing tables have been ‘grazing’ our screens for a while now, and newcomer to the scene Wattle & Crumb has a uniquely stylish, distinctively Australian take on this delicious trend. We caught up with owner Kasia Dudney to find out more about what it’s like to be in the business of feeding people.

Inspired by the classic comfort food of grilled cheese and its popularity in the US, David Manuel launched his food truck The Melt Hub back in November 2015. From the mobile black box you can expect handcrafted combinations of old-school comfort food with new-school flavours “with an Anglo-French American twist,” says David.
