When two of the best French chefs in Perth decided to team up, there was no doubt the result would be superb. Bistro des Artiste is the latest venture of Alain Fabrègues of Loose Box fame and superstar pastry chef Emmanuel Mollois of Choux Café, who have joined forces to bring an authentic, French bistro dining experience to Perth.
Stop by for lunch or dinner when you can choose from a two course ($45) or three course ($50) meal. On any given day there will be a selection of light and tasty, French dishes to choose from for each of the courses. As you’d expect, the desserts are irresistible and trust me when I tell you that you will not want to share. Entree and main options are classic, bistro style dishes: a duo of cold meats, duck confit, salmon sausage, salad niçoise and egg mimosa are the kind of things to look forward to. Fresh, light and delicious.
Your complimentary baguette and butter will be replenished, but that goes without saying. Bistro des Artiste also offer pastries and coffee from late breakfast through to afternoon tea. Tres bon! Claire
